NOISILY FESTIVAL

Yoga-Wood will be teaching Yin Yoga at Mind Body & Soul at Noisily Festival, on Sunday 9th July, from 12.30pm-2pm

What to expect? 

The class will soothe and nourish the body, it will give you the space to slow down, a chance to stay with your experiences rather than always moving and rushing. 

In Yin yoga the poses are held for 3-5 minutes. The classes are focused on softening and relaxing muscular tissues. Through these attitudes there can be a gaining of harmony and peace – greater ease, a deeper sense of balance, feelings of calmness and acceptance. Due to the conscious relaxation in Yin Yoga, we learn to get happy and comfortable within our discomfort and tightness. Once you consciously allow yourself to relax, your body will start to open. 

 

About the festival

Noisily Festival offers an alternative to mainstream festival culture, an inclusive haven where underground music thrives and self expression flourishes.
