This workshop is ideal for those that want to build confidence upside down. Inversions can be immensely empowering but also a little scary and frustrating. It takes practice and patience. Coming together in a group is a really fun way to play with these harder poses and to build confidence.
The first part of the workshop we’ll focus on tripod headstand and transitions around this asana. Building on from this we will work on handstand drills to strengthen the wrists, build confidence upside down, understand the mechanics better and to learn drills for self practice.
This workshop is open to all levels but some experience in yoga is needed. Do not worry if you have not mastered arm balances yes.
