Living Life Purposefully : A London Day Retreat
11th January 9.30am - 4.30pm at private venue in Barons Court

A full day of yoga and all it’s yumminess. This day retreat which lands on the first full moon in January will guide you to live the rest of the year with great purpose.

It’s a great time to set intentions, bring awareness to how you are with yourself, and to invite forgiveness and letting go of anything that isn’t serving you. Jess will aim to uplift your soul and align your thinking brain with your hearts desires. Energetically if we want to consciously create our life in 2020, we need to be clear in our head and heart. The morning practice will incorporate meditation, chanting and vinyasa that will help to manifest positivity and cultivate clearer intentions and affirmations for the year ahead. The afternoon practice of yin and yoga nidra will be slow and deeply nourishing. With the powerful full moon in mind we’ll invite a deep letting go and surrendering of habits, people, patterns, food, lifestyle choices etc that aren’t serving us.

Flow of Day:
9.30am : Guests to arrive, tea and snacks to be served
10am : Meditation & chanting
10.45am - 12.30pm : Embodied Vinyasa Yoga
12.30pm - 1.30pm : Vegan friendly lunch
1.30pm - 4pm : Yin & Nidra Yoga
4.30pm : Guests to leave

Space:
It is a privilege to hold this day retreat in one of the most gorgeous art studios in London in Barons Court. It’s an incredible space that will help harness our creative energy.

Investment : £70
Early bird : £65 (running until 1st December)

All levels are welcome but some yoga experience is recommended
All food is included in cost and will be vegan.
