Private classes take place in the comfort of your own home so no fuss, no changing rooms and 1-1 attention. It is a great opportunity to learn the correct alignment of poses and to learn how to modify the practice for your body. Private sessions are built around the individual’s capability and classes are structured to develop the student over a period of time. We'll explore boundaries so the practice becomes deeper for the individual, whether through pranayama (breath work), meditation or asana (the poses).

Private classes are great for all levels.
